Perimenopause can affect women in different ways, start at different times, and last for varying lengths, but it transforms us all. How many women prepare themselves consciously and physically for this transition? How many even understand what is happening when all of a sudden life-as-usual isn't working any more.
Our mothers lacked the understanding and support to move through perimenopause in a healthy way. As a culture, we are starting to talk about it more, but we still lack proper support that would make this time in a woman's life truly empowering.
In this 4-week course I will present perimenopause through the lens of empowerment and transformation. We will talk about the physical changes, yes, but we will also talk about the psychological changes that are so often ignored. I will present lifestyle strategies that make for an easier transition, my favorite herbal allies for symptom relief and support, and inner practices that are so important.
Classes will be live and recorded, and we will also have a private chat space to share experiences, ask questions, and offer support.
